轴颈、轴承座配合公差等级的选择与滚动轴承相配合的孔、轴的公差等级与轴承的公差等级密切相关。一般与/P/PO轴承配合的轴,其公差等级多为IT5~IT7,箱体孔多为IT6~IT8等。配合性质的选择轴承配合性质的选择即是确定与轴承相配合的轴颈和轴承座的基本偏差代号。选择轴承配合性质的依据是:轴承内外圈所受的负载类型、轴承所受负载的大小、轴承的工作条件、与轴承相配合的孔和轴的材料和装卸要求等。

过盈连接过盈连接是利用零件间的配合过盈来实现连接。这种连接结构简单,定心精度好,可承受转矩,轴向力或两者复合的载荷,而且承载能力高,在冲击振动载荷下也能较可靠的工作;缺点是结合面加工精度要求较高,装配不便,虽然连接零件无键槽削弱,但配合面边缘处应力集中较大。过盈连接主要用在重型机械。
